Sterols include: Cholesterol, cam-pesterol, grey-sitosterol, stig-masterol, grey-amyrenol. It also contains trace elements such as   strontium, molybdenum, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc and copper, as well as a variety of amino acids (free amino acids in seeds and total amino acids after hydrolysis are 5.3%, with essential amino acids accounting for   42.8%).
